2011 Western Canada Summer Games
Viewpoint is pleased to continue its involvement with the Western Canada Summer Games. Building on the success of the 2003 and 2007 events, Viewpoint has been awarded the contract to provide Athlete, Volunteer ,Games Family Registration and Results services for the 2011 Western Canada Summer Games in Kamloops BC which will take place in August 2011.

- 2011 World Special Olympics
  Viewpoint is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded the contract to provide Volunteer and Games Family Registration services for the 2011 World Special Olympics to be held in Athens Greece in June 2011. Viewpoint will support the registration and deployment and accreditation of over 25,000 volunteers and an additional 5000 Games Family.

  - 2009 Grey Cup
    Viewpoint is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract to provide Volunteer registration services for the 2009 Grey Cup, the championship event for the Canadian Football League, which will be held in Calgary Alberta in November 2009. This is another contract made possible through the partnership with Viewpoint and the Calgary Sport Tourism Authority.

    - 2009 World WaterSki Championships
      Viewpoint is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract to provide all registration services , volunteer, athletes and games family management for the 2009 World Water Ski Championships which will be held in Calgary Alberta in August 2009. This contract was made possible through the partnership with Viewpoint and the Calgary Sport Tourism Authority.

      - 2009 Special Olympics
        Viewpoint is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract to provide all accreditation services , volunteer and games family management for the 2009 Special Olympics which will be held in Boise Idaho in February 2009. Over 6000 volunteers, 2000 Athletes and 2500 Games Family records will be managed through the Viewteam software.

      - CSTA Agreement
        Viewpoint is pleased to announce a two year contract with the Canadian Sport Tourism Alliance that will provide CSTA members as well as all Canadian National Sport Organizations with discount pricing for the system.       - 2009 World Canoe Championships

      - 2008 Tall Ships Festival
        Following the success of the event in 2005, Victoria will come alive again in June 2008 with the return of the Tall Ships. Viewpoint is providing volunteer registration and accreditation. http://tallshipsvictoria.ca/
      March 2007 - North American Indigenous Games
      - Viewpoint Technologies is very pleased to announce it has been selected to provide registration, volunteer management, accreditation and results for the 2008 North American Indigenous Games which will be held in Duncan BC in August 2008. This 10 day- 16 sport event features Aborginal and First Nations youth between the ages of 13-19 from across North America in a celebration of sport and culture.
      - New results portal: Viewpoint has completed work on a new Web site that will provide the sport and event results as well as biographical information on athletes.       March 2006 - 30,000 Accreditations to be produced by Viewpoint
      - Viewpoint Technologies is pleased to announce that we have won the tender to provide accreditation services for all participants and volunteers for the 2006 Chicago Gay Games to be held in July 2006. This is a very significant contract for us and will demonstrate the versatility of our ViewTeam system to produce full photo badges for up to 30,000 people, while minimizing the processing time and equipment needed to accreditate them, so they can get to the fun sooner! http://www.gaygameschicago.org
      - Viewpoint is thrilled to announce that it has won the tender for the 2007 Western Canada Summer Games to be held in County of Strathcona in August 2007. Viewpoint will supply the same services as it did to the 2003 Summer Games- including results, volunteer registration and management, Athlete and Games Family registration, and full photo badging. This is a very important event for 2700 young athletes of Western Canada as a stepping stone to the Canada Games and other international competition.

      February 2006 - Canada Games 2007 and the 2006 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships add Viewpoint Technologies to their line-ups
      - Canada Games 2007—For the first time the Canada Games will be held in Northern Canada, and will take place Feb 24-March 10 2007 in Whitehorse, involving over 3600 Athletes and Officials from across Canada. Viewpoint will supply volunteer registration/management, sports registration, Games Family registration and all accreditation services to the Canada Games. www.2007CanadaGames.ca
      - 2006 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships- Coming to Victoria BC in August 2006, some of the best swimmers in the World will compete over 4 days at Saanich Commonwealth Pool. Viewpoint will supply registration and accreditation services for all volunteers/athletes and games officials. The website will be available soon.

      - Viewpoint Technologies is pleased to have been confirmed by the Canadian Curling Association (www.curling.ca) to provide registration, accreditation, and volunteer management system services for the 2007 Scott Tournament of Hearts, 2007 Tim Hortons Brier, and 2007 Ford Men’s World Championships

      February 2005 - Viewpoint “sails” with Victoria Tall Ships Festival
      - Viewpoint is thrilled to have been awarded a contract to provide volunteer registration/management and badging for the Victoria Tall Ships Festival in June 2005. More than thirty of the Worlds largest and most beautiful sailing ships are coming to the Victoria Harbour , and over 700 volunteers will help ensure the thousands of visitors have an experience of a lifetime. www.tallshipsvictoria.ca/
      January 2005 - Viewpoint Announces 5 New Projects:
      - Viewpoint is pleased to announce a contract with the 2006 World Junior Hockey Championships (www.hockeycanada.ca) to be held in Vancouver, Kelowna, and Kamloops starting Christmas 2005.
      - Viewpoint has also received a contract to provide online volunteer management for the 2005 World Snowboarding Festival to be held at Whistler April 8-17 2005. www.whistler2005.com
      - Finally Viewpoint has received a contract to provide all accreditation and registration services for three of the largest events for the Canadian Curling Association over the next two years- the Tim Horton’s Briar, Scott Tournament of Hearts, and Tim Horton’s Olympic Trials being held in London, Regina, and Halifax, respectively. www.curling.ca

      - Viewpoint Technologies has been choosen to provide all accreditation and volunteer management software for the Ford Mens World Curling Championship, being held in Victoria, BC, in April 2005.
      - Viewpoint Technologies has been awarded the contract to supply its ViewLogistics software and ancillary support services to the 2006 Commonwealth Games being held in Melbourne, Australia, March 2006.
      - Viewpoint Technologies is supplying the viewLogistics software to support the 2005 World Masters Games being held in Edmonton, Alberta in July 2005.
